aespa's 'Supernova' tops Melon ∙ Genie Weekly Chart for 11 consecutive weeks! 'Armageddon' → and its predecessor 'Drama' ∙ and 'Spicy' all rank high! Proving their presence as a powerhouse in the music industry!






aespa's 'Supernova' has been a hot topic as it has been No. 1 on the weekly chart for 11 consecutive weeks.



'Supernova', the pre-release title track of aespa's first full-length album, topped the weekly charts of major Korean music sites Melon and Genie for 11 consecutive days (July 29~August 4), proving its unabated popularity even three months after its release.



Previously, 'Supernova' topped Melon and Genie's monthly charts in July, topping the charts for two consecutive months following last June, showing the performance of the biggest hit song in the first half of the year.



In addition, aespa confirmed their presence as a powerful music powerhouse by topping the charts not only with their other lead single 'Armageddon' but also with their previous works 'Drama' and 'Spicy'.



Thanks to this popularity, aespa has embarked on active global activities with their second world tour '2024 aespa LIVE TOUR - SYNK : PARALLEL LINE -' which started in Seoul in June, and they are proving their hot firepower by selling out all seats and adding more episodes.



Meanwhile, aespa will continue their second world tour at NTSU Arena in Taipei, Taiwan on 9~11.

aespa 'Supernova' No. 1 on Melon for 15 consecutive weeks..."The longest record in 20 years"




Reporter Lee Jae-hoon = Supernova girl group 'aespa' has rewritten the Korean music chart record with their global hit song 'Supernova'.




According to their agency SM Entertainment on the 2nd, 'Supernova', the pre-release title track of aespa's first full-length album 'Armageddon', released in May, topped the weekly charts of major Korean music sites Melon and Genie (August 26~September 1) for 15 consecutive weeks.



In particular, it broke the record for the longest time at No. 1 on the chart in 20 years since Melon launched its service in November 2004. Until last week, aespa 'Supernova' was tied with NewJeans' 'Ditto' on Melon's weekly chart.



"Supernova" also held the No. 1 spot on Melon and Genie's monthly charts for three consecutive months from June to August.

aespa's Giselle brand muse's new Korean cosmetics "EITHER&" lands in Japan to create AI-like skin





A new brand from Seoul, South Korea, "EITHER&" will land in Japan for the first time on September 13. The brand muse is GISELLE of the Korean four-member girl group aespa. Giselle appeared in a talk session to commemorate the birth of the brand and the announcement of Muse, and talked about her favorite items.







Either & has set up the concept of "high-performance skincare ring makeup for ideal base makeup". Processing apps have become commonplace, and for those who want a digital skin finish in real life, we propose perfect skin creation like AI. Focusing on base makeup items, we have point makeup and skin care items.





Giselle said: "I'm very happy to be appointed as the brand muse and I want to show you a new look for Either and me.
