74 . aespa, ottolinger and iconic collaboration... Limited edition collection coming out








aespa (part of SM Entertainment) presents a special collaboration with Berlin-based fashion house OTTOLINGER.



The limited-edition capsule collection, a collaboration between aespa and Autolinger, consists of a total of nine items, ranging from signature sunglasses to dresses, denim, tops, pants, skirts, and bags, and will be available in early July at select shops in Asia including Seoul and through the Autolinger online store.



In particular, this collection was inspired by aespa's first full-length album 'Armageddon' and contains futuristic visuals and psychedelic moods based on aespa's iconic aurora color.



The relationship between aespa and Autolinger began when Giselle was invited to attend the 'Spring Summer 2024' collection show of Autolinger, after wearing the design in the music video for the double title track of their first full-length album, 'Supernova', which has become a global mega-hit following the English single 'Better Things' released in August last year.



aespa proved their unique concept and further growth performance skills with the double title track 'Armageddon' and 'Supernova' from their first studio album 'Armageddon' released on May 27, and they have recorded double success on major charts in Korea and overseas, making them worthy of the name of 'global hitmaker'.

75. BOL4 Teams Up with aespa’s Giselle for Summer Song “Lips”



On June 13th at 6 PM, BOL4 will release the new song “Lips” featuring Giselle, who participated in the rap-making and provided vocals.


The song expresses the longing feelings for a loved one through lively lyrics, making it a perfect summer track.

In the first teaser video, BOL4 Ahn Ji-young is seen strolling through a forest path and a buckwheat flower field under the warm sunshine, giving off a fresh vibe. At the end of the video, the signature sound of “Lips”, “Um~ma”, can be heard, leaving a lasting impression. The second teaser video adds scenes of Ahn Ji-young enjoying a summer vacation in various vacation looks, capturing attention.

In the MV, BOL4 jumps into the pool and gets attention from other swimmers. "Lips" featuring aespa's Giselle is the singer's ninth digital single, and it's about being fully taken by somebody and wanting to spend all your time with them.

If you enjoy supernatural stories and solving mysteries, then Netflix’s newest Korean reality show Agents of Mystery offers the best of both worlds.



Created by Jung Jong-yeon—who also produced the popular K-reality programs The Genius (which was adapted in the UK and the Netherlands), Society Game, The Great Escape and The Devil’s Plan—Agents of Mystery follows a team of six investigators as they set out to solve bizarre, paranormal cases. The investigators are played by famous Korean celebrities, each of whom brings his or her own unique strengths to the group.


Agents of Mystery is just the latest addition to Netflix’s slate of Korean unscripted series, which include global hits like Single’s Inferno and Physical: 100.



What Is Agents Of Mystery About?


Six agents are sent to secret locations to investigate seemingly inexplicable cases. They must solve each mystery within six hours to successfully complete their mission, testing the limits of their teamwork, ingenuity and problem-solving skills.


Expect a lot of shrieking, screaming and laughing as the motley crew tracks down clues and uncovers strange phenomena along the way.

79. "The Record Continues" aespa 'Supernova' No. 1 on the chart for the longest time this year



The group aespa continues their record-breaking streak with 'Supernova'.


'Supernova', the pre-release title track of aespa's first full-length album, topped the Melon and Genie weekly charts (July 1~7) released on July 8, breaking the record for the longest period of time among songs released this year.


In addition, 'Supernova' has been at the top of the Melon and Genie daily charts for 45 and 47 days, respectively, showing that its popularity is still undiminished as it approaches its second month of release.


'Supernova' was also selected as one of Billboard's 'Top 20 K-Pop Songs for the First Half of 2024', and Billboard praised the song by saying, "aespa got off to a perfect start with their first full-length album 'Armageddon' and couldn't ask for anything more" and added, "Karina and Giselle's sharp rap styles and Winter and Ningning's best vocals harmonize and perfectly showcase each member's roles, making 'Supernova' feel like a song that only aespa can handle."
